Summer Fun

We had a very busy start to our summer. We went to St. George for Father's Day. And can I say that they have the coolest parks ever. They have built in water parks. The kids had soo much fun. Even Nate!

Here is a picture of Travis playing with Nate. He loves his dad soo much...Daddy's little boy!

Even of Vacation to St. George - It is hard for me to get the boys to stop playing video games.

Sam Loves playing with the puppies at his Great Uncle Kirks house.

Here are our new puppies - yes I said puppies. We ended up getting 2 little girl boxer pups from Kirk - Princess and Lilly, so now I am not so outnumbered by boys. Just out numbered by babies.

Here is Nate meeting Grandma Moffitt for the first time. He like her house. And I sure enjoyed visiting with her. Sure wish I lived closer to her again.

Here are the rest of the boys with Grandma and Grandpa.

Oh and here is a picture of what started our weekend last weekend. Sam decided to entertain his brother by running and jumping into a pile of blankets and sleeping bags. Well he ran just right into his silky Army sleeping bag and right into the fire place. He hit his head hard enough that it split open. Looked really cool until I saw the blood.

So here is the staples that he got in his head - yup there are 3 of them. He was so brave though. Didn't cry once. He even saved his sucker to give to Lucas because he knew that Lucas liked orange suckers!

Here is our first trip in our pool. Nate really loved it - I actually had a hard time getting him out of the pool. Until he got cold that is.

Isaac was out there too - he just really hated the pool.

Oh and did I mention that Nate is my screamy kid. He screams at EVERYTHING!!

And here is Fred trying to get warm.
So, so far it has been a way fun summer. I think we are going to start camping, so I might be posting a few more pictures on here.

St. Patty's Day

Yup - we made another Leprichan trap this year. Wasn't the most imaginative one that I have thought of, but at least the boys had fun. They really like painting. Plus they got some cookies when we caught the Leprichan this year.

Even Nate got in on the action - at least watching the action.

Like I said - not much, but it made great memories for the boys (I hope)

Lets catch up

Okay - so I haven't been blogging for a while...but in my defense it has been a busy 7 months. We moved from Washington to Utah, found a place....Travis just found a job last month and now we are getting ready to move again (15 times in 9 years - but whose counting). At least this time we plan on buying.

Okay - so lets catch up. I want to introduce you to the newest member of the Schmidt Clan - or as his Parents lovingly call him Itty Bitty - or Isaac. These are the pictures I took the day they were sealed to this little miracle. He is so cute and is 3 weeks younger than Nate. Too Cute.
This is Bret with Isaac - they were looking at the same thing -then well - kids will be kids. They were sealed at the same Temple Bret and Lori were married in (Bountiful)

Here is the Cute Family - walking out of the temple right after the sealing. And of course Grandma Tonya loving on the baby (as always)

We celebrated Sam turning 5, Lucas turning 3 and my mom turning (well I leave that blank) right around the 19th of December - then Christmas - then in February Fred turned 7.

Here is an updated picture of Lucas - plus I was playing with my new lense for my camera.

You rarely find Sam not loving on Nate - he just loves this baby. And yes he is still wearing Army - just not as often (thank goodness for growth spirts)

Cute Baby being held by Handsome Daddy.

Fred playing with Nate - they are such good big brothers

Just a close up of the little guy - then again - he aint that little (already over 22 lbs.)

All 4 right at breakfast time - had to take a picture - they are just too cute

Fred blowing out his birthday candles at his party (and Yes Sam is trying to help)....he is getting so old

And this little number I made for my Aunt Brenda's Auction - go to www.brendanovak.com click on auction. It is an auction to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. It will fit a baby around 0-3 months (I think).
Okay - so a bunch of pictures and little information - but what do you expect, I have a cyring baby at my feet (how he rolled over here - I'll never know)

Nathanael

Well on July 15, 2009 at 2:15 p.m. we welcomed Nathanael Travis into our family. He weighed 8lbs 13 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. His brothers are soo excited to have him home. They are always asking if they can hold him and feed him - and they even ask if they can throw away his diapers. So cute.

This picture was a few hours after he was born.

this was after his first bath

just a cute picture

he rested his foot like this - I couldn't resist

Proud papa
and last - but not least a bunch of excited big brothers

4th of July

Well for the 4th of July we had Travis' friend Peter come over and we had a bbq and we lit fireworks. It was really nice. And yes - we let the kids light off some of their own fireworks (under close supervision). They thought it was great and had a lot of fun!

We should find out later this week when we are going to have this baby (I hope). I am so done being pregnant! As soon as he is born - I will post pictures. Until then TTFN

Anyway - enjoy the pictures!
